How I Use AI (and Why You’re Still in Very Human Hands)

Inside The Business of Luxury, I use artificial intelligence (AI) to elevate how I work, but never replace it.

I integrate AI to help speed things up, spark ideas, and streamline certain tasks across my programmes, written content, and behind the scenes/operational work. This includes tools like OpenAI, Claude, Canva AI, and custom GPTs trained on my own frameworks, IP, and strategic voice.

But let’s be clear: AI supports the execution, not the vision. 

Every single deliverable you receive – whether it’s a brand strategy, article, template, or digital product – is fact-checked, edited, voice-aligned, and polished by me. No weird AI moments slipping through the cracks. 

Here’s what I do use AI for:

  • Speed-to-value on research, outlines, formatting, and draft generation

  • Creating templates, swipe files, and GPT-powered tools

  • Supporting delivery of email courses, blog helpers, and Notion resources

  • Tidying up repetitive tasks so I can focus on the creative strategy that matters

Here’s what I don’t use it for:

  • Replacing intuition, emotional resonance, or lived experience

  • Publishing anything untouched by human eyes

  • Sharing or training AI tools on your private data 
    (I use pro versions and disable all data sharing settings by default.)

I see AI as my digital studio assistant... quick, clever, and surprisingly good at bullet points. But the essence? The brand heart? That’s mine. Always.

My promise is that your brand will never feel like it was auto-generated or mass-produced. Everything I share is created, curated, checked, and infused with the taste, tone, and luxury vibes you came for.
